To process a claim, email us at greatbuycabinets@gmail .com with your reason for return and the specific SKU of the item(s) you would like to return. We will then provide you with a shipping label and details.
In order for you to receive credit, you must receive authorization from us prior to shipping out the return. Once the warehouse receives the return item, we will inspect it for damages. Please note that your credit will be given up to 7 days after the returned items arrive at the warehouse for inspection. If everything is intact, we will then issue the credit to your account minus the 25% restocking fee. Please also note original shipping cost will not be refunded and if the order qualified for free shipping, the actual freight cost that Great Buy Cabinets paid for the delivery will be deducted from any applicable credits.
